Type out the heading Spaghetti Carbonara and [Enter] to the next line.
Insert > Table ... 2 x 7
Type the following text into the table as shown below:
Select the cells in the first row, and go to Layout and Merge
Select the last row and Merge it as well.
So you should now have something like this...

The easiest pasta dish you will ever make with just 5 ingredients in 15 min, loaded with Parmesan and crisp bacon goodness!
Copy the text below and paste it into the table cells:
8 ounces spaghetti
2 large eggs
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
4 slices bacon, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1/2 cup water and drain well.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan; set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes, reserve excess fat.
Stir in garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Reduce heat to low.
Working quickly, stir in pasta and egg mixture, and gently toss to combine, season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add reserved pasta water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Then select all the text on your page (CTRL+A) and Clear Formatting.
Click inside and Backspace to delete the empty extra lines.
Select all your text (CTRL+A) and change the font type to Century Gothic, size 12.
Select the text in the box below Ingredients and make it a bullet list...
Select the text for the Directions and make it a numbered list.
Select the text in the first row and change the font type to Ink Free and size 16.
Select the top 3 rows and center them.
Select all the text on the page (CTRL+A) and go to Paragraph options
Set the paragraph spacing to 6pt before & after, line spacing to Single and make sure the box is empty (not shaded or checked).
Hover over the Ruler where the margin stars (white/grey), when you get a 2-pointed arrow and it says Bottom Margin, pull down to the 1/2" mark.
Select the page heading and change the font type to Amatic SC, pump it up to size 48, make it bold and center it.
Select a bit of the page heading, then select the Format Painter.
Then drag it over the 2nd row...
Pump down the font size to 24.
With the text still selected, click on the Format Painter again and do one of the following...
With Ingredients text selected, you can use the Format Painter again for Directions:
Select the Format Painter one more time and paint over the 3rd row, then remove bold.
Your page should now look like this...
Select the right 3 table cells like this...
Go to Layout and Merge Cells...
Copy the picture below...
Paste it into the empty cell...
Select the picture and go to Picture Format - set the Height to 3.7"
Set the Picture Style to this one (faded edges).
Set the font color for the heading cells to white.
Set the page heading text to the same color as the shaded boxes.
Select the table and set the Border to No Border.
