Type "Internet Safety" at the top and [Enter] so you have an empty line.
Zoom out to about 70% so you can see the entire page.
Save the document.
Make sure your cursor is blinking on the 2nd/empty line.
Go to the INSERT tab and click on Table - click and drag out 3 columns/across and 5 rows/down...then let go.
When you let go, you'll have something like this...
In the first column type out the numbers 1-5.
Add the following headings in the second column:

Never share your name, school, age, phone number, or address. If you're posting a profile, don't include any info which could help to identify you offline.
People aren't always who they say they are on the Internet. Anyone can pose as a "buddy of a buddy."

Paste it into your document below your table (CTRL+V or the toolbutton).
Double-click to the left of each colored paragraph to select it. Then click and drag it into the
Click at the bottom of each cell with the paragraphs and Backspace to delete the extra lines.
Then select everything on your page (CTRL+A) and Clear Formatting.
Now your document should look like this...
Now make sure you are seeing the Ruler. If not, go to VIEW>... and check the box for Ruler.
Hover over the Ruler where the margin stars (white/grey), when you get a 2-pointed arrow and it says Bottom Margin, pull down to the 1/2" mark.
Now click in the first column go to the Layout tab - set the width to .8"
Select the entire table and set the row height to 1.6"
Select the page heading and center it.
Select just the table and go to Layout and set cell alignment to middle-middle.
Select the table and go to Borders button and use the drop-down menu to go to Borders & Shading...
In the window that opens:
You now have something like this...
Select the page heading and change the font color to the same color as the border line.
Select the first column of numbers and set to the same font color.
And you're done.
